Room information

The rooms at the Auditorium and the Congress Palace are modular and are able to be configured as required, with the exception of the Symphonic and Chamber Halls. Rooms have tables with power supplies and wired Internet connection. The meeting rooms have an internet connection via Wifi. More information related with the Auditorium and IES El Rincón facilities will be described on the website soon.

The symphony hall has a capacity of just over 1700 people in theater or lecture mode. This will be the main hall of the

event, and will host the most relevant conferences on the first weekend. It has all the audio equipment required to perform mass conferences. The map shows the distribution of the conference hall.

Chamber Hall

The Chamber House is located in the Auditorium Alfredo Kraus and has a capacity of 322 people. It will host conferences during every day of the event as well as meetings that require massive assistance.

Refreshments

Light refreshments can be purchased from bars in the auditorium. There is a Shopping center, plenty of restaurants, as well as bars close to the Audtorium along with the IES El Rincon.
